Vacation Time

We took our annual San Diego Vacation last week, and it was wonderful! It's definitely different when you have a 3 1/2 month old, but it was so much fun. Judah did great on the drive over and he did great while we were there. Here are just a "few" pictures to catalog our time there...

Judah saw this Pelican and decided to take a moment to reflect on life.

First day on the beach

Tummy time on the sand

First time putting his feet in the water

He loved squishing his toes in the wet sand

Here are his footprints in the sand

Hangin with Dad on the Crystal Pier...watching the surfers

Seaport Village

Hangin out in his bumbo in our condo

We loved going for bike rides every day. Judah would get really excited and kick his legs and swing his arms when we were riding! It was so adorable!

The favorite men in my life!

Judah with his dad and his uncle Jonathan...(He can't wait to meet his little cousin Micah in the beginning of January!)

Such a happy baby!

We vacationed with some friends of ours, and this is their 2nd son Will. He was SOO excited EVERY time he saw Judah. He would run up and yell..."Oh...Baby Doo-dah!!"

Jared loves baby Judah as well! Such sweet boys!

Smore time!!

This was one of my favorite times on vacation. Nathan and I would go out to the beach early every morning and have our quiet times with Judah. So sweet and I already miss it so much!

Can't wait till next year when Judah will be walking and talking and enjoy everything so much more!

Looks like you had a great time. That is some awesome family bonding memories to treasure forever. Glad you could get away and escape the heat.

How fun! I love that Judah is right there in your lap as you have your quiet time. I too often used having a baby as an excuse to not have time for quiet time. But you prove that is no excuse!

Thanks for sharing, love all the pictures!
